you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process
have read and agree to the Shipping policy, and Returns and Refunds policy available on this site.

All prices are listed in AUD.

All payments are to be made via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or ApplePay. All payments are to be made in full including freight where applicable at the time of purchase.

All original material on this site, including but limited to: logos, images, photographs, digital images, written text, blog posts, articles and music are copyright and remain the Intellectual Property of Sarah Dagan. Stock images and photographs are licensed for use and subject to third-party ownership.

Any text, blog post or article credited to Christopher Dagan remains his exclusive property. Any other article or music is used with permission of the author and credited as such.

By accessing this site you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof of any Intellectual Property on this site.

Some images on this website are generated by AI, including but not limited to images attached to articles and printed on garments. We do not use AI to generate articles or blogs on this site.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to your account without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions; are partaking of fraudulent activities or any other applicable law or regulations.

The articles or blogs contained on this site are the personal opinions of the authors. They do not represent the views or opinions of any church or organisation with which we are affiliated.

To protect individuals we generally refrain from using names in our articles. We understand that sometimes a person may be recognised by an event described. By using this website you agree to likewise maintain the anonymity of other people’s identities mentioned on this site. If you the user, disclose another person’s identity in association with this site publicly, you personally will be liable for said disclosure, we will not be held liable for such a disclosure.

7. PROMOTIONAL EMAILS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us by email. If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices, please notify us or opt-out at any time.

8. 1 DONATIONS

We reserve the right to limit the number of banners we donate each year. Sending a request for a banner does not guarantee you will receive one. We retain the right to cancel this giveaway at any time; choose the church/es that will receive a banner; and change the conditions of receiving this donation at any time.

8. 2 CHURCH DISCOUNTS

We retain the right to cancel or modify the discount provided to churches in Australia. We further retain the right to refuse this discount if proof of a physical church is not provided or if the information provided seems to be fraudulent; to ask for extra information before providing a discount; and refuse a discount to any church. The discount will be in the form of a coupon code. Any church found to be sharing a code publicly or otherwise will have there account suspended and will not be able to receive any discounts on future purchases.

8. 3 FUNDRAISER PACKS

Fundraiser Packs (Pack/s) come with additional Terms and Conditions, these are provided on the application form. You must agree to all our Terms and Conditions to purchase a Pack. We retain the right to refuse the sale of a pack, to modify the Terms and Conditions of a Pack, modify the prices of a Pack at any time. We further retain the right to refuse a refund of any part of a pack due to damage, late return or suspicious behaviour.

9. RIGHT TO CHANGE AND MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. You should review this page periodically. Your continued use of the site after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the site. You may request the deletion of your account and all information stored about you at any time.
