5.1 USER INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Sarah L Dagan and Revive As The Corn harmless from any third-party legal demands, financial losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising directly out of your misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, or unauthorised commercial exploitation of our artwork.

5.2 ARTICLE CONTENT, ANONYMITY, AND INDIVIDUAL LIABILITY

8.1 ANNUAL BANNER DONATION LIMITS

Submitting an application or request does not guarantee your church or organisation will receive a banner. We retain the absolute right to select the recipient churches, modify the structural criteria for eligibility, or pause the giveaway program at our sole discretion.

8.2 VALIDATING PHYSICAL CHURCH DISCOUNTS

We provide exclusive discount pricing models to support active ministries across Australia. However, we retain the right to modify or cancel these church discounts at our discretion. We reserve the right to request physical proof of existence (such as an active ABN, physical building address, or denomination listing) before issuing custom pricing coupon codes. Sharing an exclusive church coupon code publicly online or with unauthorised external retail parties constitutes a material breach of trust and will result in the immediate cancellation of your account.

8.3 FUNDRAISER PACK AND BUNDLE TERMS

Additional Frameworks: Our Fundraiser Packs are subject to additional, specific structural conditions built into our specialised application dashboards. You must accept both these general site conditions and the fundraising pack rules to purchase these items.
Refusal Rights: We retain the right to refuse a pack sale, adjust pricing tiers, or refuse further sales if we detect suspicious commercial behaviour, or refunds of user-inflicted handling damage to unframed print stocks.
Bundle Ordering & Free Cart Items: Our Fundraiser Packs are sold as complete bundles. When you add a Fundraiser Pack to your digital cart, our website may automatically add the corresponding individual clothing items or art prints to your order list at a "$0.00 / Free" rate. These individual items are strictly dependent on the purchase of the main, paid Fundraiser Pack.
System Correction Rights: If a technical error or manual cart alteration occurs where individual items show as "Free" but the main, paid Fundraiser Pack is missing from your cart, we reserve the absolute right to cancel the transaction, void the production ticket, and contact you directly to resolve the payment balance.

9.1 FUTURE MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS

We reserve the right to update, modify, or rewrite these Terms at any time to reflect updates to our regional printing operations or shifting Australian statutory requirements.
