PRINTING AND DELIVERY

We offer $15 flat rate shipping Australia wide and Free Postage for orders over $250.
​
We also offer AusPost Extra Cover, which includes insurance to the value of your purchase. This is an optional extra and is not included in our Flat Rate or Free Postage Fee. Quotes for this option are available at Checkout.

Every print and garment is made to order. It may take up to 7 business days for your order to be printed.
​
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries, you will receive a tracking number when your order is posted. We are located in Far North Queensland, so interstate deliveries may take up to 14 days, and longer during peak postage times.
​
Free postage does not apply to any wholesale orders or Fundraiser Packs.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Please contact Australia Post with your tracking number if you believe your parcel is lost or was damaged in transit.

Once we ship your order we are no longer responsible for any loss or damage, postal insurance is available at checkout for your peace of mind. ​
Returns and
Refunds
SIZING EXCHANGES

We know how frustrating it can be to order the wrong size, so in the event you order an incorrect size, we will exchange items of clothing for a different size only. You must contact us within 14 days for an exchange. All exchanges must be unworn, and in saleable condition.
We do not refund for incorrect sizing.
For exchanges of size the purchaser agrees to pay return postage for the original item and any other postage charges connected with delivery of the new item. As all our shirts are made to order, we will only print your new size after receiving the original. It may take a further 14 days to receive your new item.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS​
We personally inspect all our products before shipping. We do not use drop shipping or third party online printers for any of our products. But sometimes we do still miss an error or defect.

Please inspect your products on arrival for any defects or damage. If a product arrives defective we will replace the product free of charge or we will issue a refund for the product at our discretion. Where the customer has ordered multiple products the refund will be for the amount of the defective product(s) only. Only in the event that the total order is defective will the customer will be entitled to a full refund including postage. You must make contact within 7 days of receiving the defective product(s) to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Before replacement or refund, we may request photographic evidence of the defect and may ask for return of the product at our expense.
We will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with replacing a defective item.
Our prints can be damaged with handling. We are not liable for any damage to our prints that occur as a result of handling or touching the prints after delivery. We recommend minimal handling of our prints and framing for extra protection. See our Care Page for more details.
Items sold as Less-Than-Perfect are sold As Is. These products are not available for a replacement or refund.
