​THE RATES

Shipping is calculated dynamically at checkout and capped at a maximum of $15 Australia-wide. Orders over $250 unlock free standard postage. Wholesale orders and Fundraiser Packs are excluded from free postage rates.

THE INSURANCE

Optional AusPost Extra Cover is available to insure the total value of your purchase. This coverage is an independent add-on and is not included in our Capped Rate or Free Postage tiers. Real-time insurance quotes are generated at checkout.

THE LOCAL PICK-UP

Tablelands residents can bypass shipping fees by selecting Local Pick-Up at checkout. Collection can currently be arranged before or after Sunday services at select local churches across the Tablelands. Our workshop will contact you directly once your order is ready to finalize these arrangements.

 

THE TIMELINE

Every single print and garment is strictly made to order. The standard production window takes up to 7 business days for printing and pressing before dispatch.

THE TRANSIT

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking details supplied at dispatch. Operating out of Far North Queensland means interstate deliveries can take up to 14 days, with extended windows during peak postal seasons. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

THE LOST OR DAMAGED 

Once an order leaves our workshop, the physical responsibility and risk transfer directly to the customer. We are not liable for postal loss or transit damage. If you anticipate issues, we strongly advise securing optional transit insurance at checkout. For Postal Insurance claims please contact us directly. 

REFUNDS
AND 
RETURNS 

THE EXCHANGES​

We know how frustrating it can be to order the wrong size, so in the event you order an incorrect size, we will exchange items of clothing for a different size only. You must contact us within 14 days for an exchange. All exchanges must be unworn, and in saleable condition.

 

We do not refund for incorrect sizing. 

 

For exchanges of size the purchaser agrees to pay return postage for the original item and any other postage charges connected with delivery of the new item. As all our shirts are made to order, we will only print your new size after receiving the original. It may take a further 14 days to receive your new item.

THE CHANGE OF MIND

Cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind are strictly not accepted. All standard sales are final.​

THE DAMAGES AND DEFECTS​​

We personally inspect all our products before shipping. We do not use drop shipping or third party online printers for any of our products. But we're human and sometimes we do still miss an error or defect. 

 

If an error slips through and a product arrives defective, it will be replaced free of charge or a product refund will be issued at your discretion. For multi-item orders, the refund applies exclusively to the value of the defective item itself. A full refund, including original shipping fees, is only applicable if the entire order is defective. Defect claims must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the package.

Before replacement or refund, we may request photographic evidence of the defect and may ask for return of the product at our expense. We will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with replacing a defective item.

THE PRINT CARE

Gallery-grade art prints are delicate and can easily be compromised by handling. We assume no liability for creases, marks, or damage that occur after delivery due to unboxing, touching, or moving the prints. Minimal handling is strongly advised, and immediate framing is recommended for protection.

THE IRREGULARS

Any inventory sold under "The Irregulars" archive is strictly sold as-is. These products are explicitly excluded from all replacement, exchange, or refund eligibility for the errors listed on the product page. However, all our items come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
